tracey zhen

tracey zhen

president, zipcar

Tracey oversees our entire whirring operation, from cutting edge mobility innovations to the nuts and bolts of, well, the nuts and bolts. With a career that began in banking and carried her through strategy and management, Tracey brings experience to Zipcar that doubled down on both tech innovation and financial fundamentals. Tracey was a Zipster already when she assumed her role here, having just finished a career at TripAdvisor. There she served as vp & general manager of FlipKey, where she led the travel giant’s rapid growth in to the competitive vacation rental space.

Tracey has lived in New York, London and now finds herself just a healthy walk from Zipcar’s Home Office in Boston. When she’s not busy steering us through the fast paced world of shared mobility, Tracy takes advantage of snowy New England to hit some downhill runs at nearby ski resorts.

Tracey is a graduate of NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business holding dual BS degrees in both Finance and Information Systems.

Scott Rudberg

Scott Rudberg

vice president, technology

With a knack for teamwork and a hankering for technology, we know Scott is the right guy to push the pedal and drive the engine that runs Zipcar; our technology team. Scott steers the dedicated and sharp technology crew who work hard to bring wheels when they want them to over a million Zipsters every single day.

Scott began his career as a missile systems engineer (it IS rocket science), developing his problem-solving, design, and analytical skills. Scott spent over 15 years at software firm Passkey, in roles such as Product Manager, Vice President of Engineering, and Senior Vice President of product strategy.

Scott spends most of his free time chasing his two young kids. When he's not catching his breath, you can find him unwinding to bluegrass music and camping, running, or hiking anywhere with an ocean or lake nearby. Scott loves being outdoors so much that, just like 22% of our workforce, he commutes to Zipcar by bike every chance he gets.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Tufts University, and holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing and IT from Babson College F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

andrew daley

andrew daley

vice president, marketing

More has changed in the world of marketing during Andrew Daley’s career than he could have ever anticipated when it began over twenty years ago. And he wouldn’t want it any other way. Andrew has held key positions at Starwood Hotels, Reebok International and, quite naturally, several start-ups. He has even spent time as the Vice President of Digital Strategy as a Boston-based agency where he helped define digital and community strategies for many prominent brands, like Stonyfield Farm, PRODUCT (RED) and The Rainforest Alliance.

Andrew’s considerable expertise in the nitty-gritty of marketing, coupled with a boundless passion for all things digital, lands him squarely where we need him. Leading the charge to bring the message of ‘wheels when you want them’ to the world, no matter what the media. (Except yodeling.)

Andrew is a die-hard Boston sports fan (shocking for Boston, we know) and home renovator who, more than anything, enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Andrew holds an MA in Global Marketing from the European Institute of International Communications in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

dan curtin

dan curtin

vice president, fleet & supply chain

Dan is the go-to guy for making sure our North American vehicles are in tip-top shape, road-ready, and in prime locations right near where our members live, work, and play.

With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry prior to even starting at Zipcar, Dan knows a thing or two about cars. He’s driven his way from Zipcar’s General Manager of Boston, to Region Vice President, to VP of Operations and Service Quality, to VP of New Markets, and to his latest destination as VP of Fleet and Supply Chain.

From launching new markets to expanding the brand globally in Europe and Australia—and tackling all kinds of operations, engineering, sales, customer satisfaction, and city and state policy endeavors in between—Dan’s impact on Zipcar has been both diverse and essential.

Len Ho

Len Ho

division counsel

Len's experience with Zipcar is coming full circle: he first honed his craft at large law firms in San Francisco and Boston, at one point representing one of Zipcar's early investors. Since then, he’s worked in-house, leading the legal functions at Game Show Network Digital and Upromise. Len has also handled a variety of legal matters as Senior Counsel at Boston Scientific. He’s got the legal chops to keep us in line, to say the least.

After earning his bachelor's degree in business at the University of California at Berkeley, Len earned his CPA certification working for Arthur Andersen in New York City before attending law school at New York University.

In his free time Len enjoys swimming, tennis, and skiing. Best of all for Zipsters, he loves all things related to cars.

Maura Haley

Maura Haley

director, human resources

Maura has the gargantuan responsibility of maintaining our dream team of movers and shakers. She's also no stranger to Zipcar: she worked at Sasaki where two cars lived onsite. Having held numerous HR leadership roles throughout her career, Maura spent some time at Turbine, a division of Warner Brothers Games, Inc. (Got questions about Dungeons and Dragons Online or Lord of the Rings Online? She's our resident expert.)

Though she grew up in America's hometown, Plymouth, Massachusetts, (yes, Plymouth Rock where the pilgrims supposedly landed is super small), Maura currently lives in Norwood with her husband. They count themselves among the ‘nations’ of Boston sports fanatics (they both brought Sox and Pats season tickets to the relationship), and we hear their house is the place to be for tailgating.

Maura also enjoys tennis, live music, theater, and photography. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Marist College and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Suffolk University.
